Kristin Vesa
Kristin Vesa is a business coach/consultant and has spent over two decades working with corporations, mid-sized businesses and entrepreneurs to improve processes, implement technology, and increase productivity. She is a visionary who guides business expansion, focusing on success mapping and accountability tracking, helping companies increase return on investment by taking step-by-step actions to achieve their goals.
Kristin worked in supply chain management with Apple, Ernst & Young and Volvo. She holds a Masters in Engineering and an International M.B.A. from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has a very successful business leadership background working with clients worldwide.
Kristin’s passion is to empower businesses to incorporate conscious business practices. Her specialty is with companies that have services or products that are benefiting the overall good of their customers, the planet, presence and profit. Her recent clients include spiritual leaders, speakers, authors, coaches, and many other conscious professionals turning their inner passions into profitable businesses. Stephen Dynako
Stephen Dynako passionately and courageously brings to the business world his gifts of communication, leadership and presence. Throughout his career, he has used these gifts in various roles that he held in the financial, technology, and media industries. In service, Stephen has applied his gifts in the realms of counseling and the ministry.
Stephen has worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments for over 30 years. This includes leadership positions at companies such as IBM, JPMorgan Chase, and BMO Harris Bank; plus as founder of companies that variously developed online learning solutions, published information that aimed to bring transparency to the hedge fund industry, and guided business planning for start-up ventures.
Stephen earned his master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. He is a Certified Conscious Business Change Agent, plus he successfully completed the very first Leadership Academy by The Shift Network. The Academy is a mentorship, training and mastermind program to support taking one's evolutionary mission to the next level, significantly increasing leadership skills, and increasing an evolutionary leader's positive influence in the world.
Steve Farrell
Steve Farrell is the President and Worldwide Executive Director for Humanity’s Team, a global grassroots spiritual movement focused on awakening and embodying Oneness so humanity may enjoy a sustainable world of peace, harmony and happiness. Humanity’s Team presently has over 650,000 in over 150 countries.
Before Steve became involved with Humanity’s Team he co-founded and led two high growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley in the 1990’s that were featured in the INC 500 and spanned the United States and Europe. At the time he was an officer in the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Young President’s Organization. He walked away because he felt a calling to help create a new dream based on the Divine in life that humanity can manifest together. Kevin Farrell
Kevin Farrell is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in leading large organizations, primarily in the aerospace industry. He has held varous roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as an IT manager, factory manager, programs director and general manager. Kevin’s success is a result of passions around forming and leading high performance, cross functional teams, developing close, highly-responsive customer relationships, and driving profitable growth. He has an affinity for mentoring talent within organizations, sharing in the resulting up-lift experienced individually and collectively.
Today, Kevin offers consulting services to multiple organizations, including Humanity’s Team where he currently serves as COO.
