Our vision and values
We believe that the current standard of business isn’t working, that it is not sustainable for life on earth and that people are fed up. All of life is interconnected. Businesses do not operate in silos. Everything businesses do impacts people, the environment and the world around them.
While businesses are the biggest source of some of the world’s most challenging problems, they also offer the greatest hope and potential to help solve these problems. Therein lies an amazing opportunity to break through and upend the status quo by adopting a new, conscious business model that creates prosperity and flourishing for all.
CBI assists companies to develop both the awareness and skills needed to consciously evolve. The Conscious Business Declaration is at the core of our training, certification, community and consulting programs. Leading the heart of change are graduates of our CBI training program, known as CBI Conscious Business Change Agents (CBCAs).

Values
In 2015 the Conscious Business Alliance was formed and spent a year creating the Conscious Business Declaration (sign here). The principles of this Declaration are the core values for CBI.
